I’ve been vegan for the past 4 years and started my journey after my father’s cancer diagnosis. Since cancer runs in my family, I decided to take control of my health!
My goal through Chef Sil’s Vegan Kitchen is to veganize dishes I grew up eating, but in a healthier way. I’m also plant-based nutrition certified. I specialize in plant-based sushi with a Latin flair and of course food that is full of flavor!
